Quest Southbank Aparthotel Melbourne

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway. It was just a short walk to the arts centre and Southbank, and we found some great restaurants nearby. The fact that it was also an easy walk into the city was a huge plus. Another highlight was the two-bedroom apartment we stayed in, perfect for catching up with family.

We did encounter a couple of minor issues. it was a bit confusing to locate the hotel at first, as the street was split in two.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area, within walking distance to so many attractions. It is perfectly situated near the Southbank and just set back from the river. The staff provided excellent service and the room amenities, such as ironing facilities and air conditioning, were top-notch. The hotel also offers a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and laundry, making it convenient for guests. The restaurant serves a delicious continental breakfast and the in-room dining option is a great perk. The hotel also has a sauna and offers free Wi-Fi access, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at Quest Southbank! The apartment was well equipped and the cleaning service was excellent. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, cafes, and transportation options. The staff, especially some of the reception staff, were very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the staff member who helped us with printing our boarding passes, even though there was a slight hiccup with the printer. I had a positive experience at Quest Southbank and would recommend it to others.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location close to our business destinations. The Melbourne weather was fantastic, making our walks enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the presence of cafes nearby for breakfast and a nearby IGA for convenience. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including a secure room for our luggage.

Great location near Flinders St and Federation Square. Convenient access to IGA and Italian restaurant for food. Well-equipped apartment with powerful microwave and comfortable bed. Stunning views of Melbourne. Excellent service from receptionist, especially when traveling with a baby. Complimentary breakfast hamper exceeded expectations.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is in close proximity to Crown Casino and Southbank restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the football stadium, making it easy to attend games. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to assist when necessary. the hotel offered everything one would need for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

The hotel did not have a view over the river as requested by some guests.
